Your thinking is incorrect when you suppose you are nurturing your garden. Gardens just give back more than they take.

Some say once a lifetime you need a lawyer, a doctor, a preacher, and a policeman but three times a day you need a farmer.

Keep your face to the sunshine and you won’t see all those shadows.

I am just wishing today that everyone’s day of emotions could be filled with bright flowers. We are so lucky we can have Jesus and friends to overcome the disappointments and fears.

I am so thankful, once again, for the rain we have received. Our soybeans and corn will surely benefit.

I am thankful for all the outdoor family time we have enjoyed this summer.

I am so thankful for how good our crops look, we are blessed.

Joyful family time can be found in sailing a sunny lake. May we be thankful for the simple pleasures in life.
