I will try a little unselfishness today; that magnet that attracts true friends.

Thank You, Lord, for providing me a banner called Love to go out and conquer evil with. It is not my banner but You extending down from heaven into my heart.

Until you have witnessed it, you can not imagine the excitement level of a 3-year-old waiting for a baby sibling. It is amazing to watch.

Thank You, Lord, that You are there each time that I stray and fall.

Each day I yearn to have less distance between me and my Saviour.

Thank You, Lord, for being a refuge. Help me to run to You when I don’t understand life.

Thank You, Lord, for the thousands of ways you provide, especially the ones we know not of.

Raise your sail today to catch the wind that God provides, and move in the direction He has chosen.

Recently, I visited with a man who had learned his new son-in-law liked to smoke meat so the father, in order to be interested in his new boy, went shopping with him, bought meat and smoking supplies and they worked together on the project. May I learn how to be interested in others.

On her latest birthday my 3-year-old girl rewarded me with the highest honor and choose to come to the barn with me because that is what she wanted on her birthday.

Learn to laugh at life but not at your family, Laugh, rather then saying something cynical during a mishap.

Worry is assuming responsibility for something you were not meant to be responsible for.

Help me to love peace more then having the right answer, but to be willing to quietly say my opinion at least once.

I tried going on a date with my 3-year-old daughter and she won my heart!

I am thankful that our children can go to school. It keeps them learning in a constructive way.
