Thank You, Lord, once again, for the bright sunshine.

God is offering you today to leave your past behind and become someone new with Him.

God gives His hardest battles to His strongest soldiers.

If what is ahead scares you and what is behind hurts you then you have no choice but to look up.

God can help you through anything you are struggling with.

Dear God, in this time of isolation evil wants to bring us down with depression but help us to reach out to You for companionship. Amen.

Father when I think of giving up please give me courage to face another day.

Father when I am lost please come guide me. Help me to have faith to do what I know is good.

Adventure may hurt but monotony will kill you.

Nothing grows in a comfort zone; set sail today and try life.

I hope you become filled with so much happiness that it heals every part of you.

The body benefits from movement but the mind benefits from stillness and the whole universe surrenders to a still mind.

Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing.

I give up what is no longer serving me, I release it to create space for what inspires me.
