Lord, thank You once again for a peaceful night of sleep. It is by turning my troubles over to You that I can find rest for my mind and soul.
I am thankful for the food we have today. Coronavirus has affected the food chain and we may not get to eat some things but we have enough.
I am thankful today for the desire I have inside to be a good daddy and for the regret I face when I fail my children.
I am so thankful that our children respect and love animals. They take good care of the new kitties we have.
We surely have been protected by God’s almighty hand as we went through the recent busy planting season.
Thank You Lord for the warmth and sunshine we have received bountifully these past few days.
What is produced when the circumstances around you are beyond your control and insurmountable? It can produce a dependence on God. Thank the Lord for the times He has broken your heart.
Include your teenager in your family discussions. They will feel valued and sometimes they have good ideas.
Above and beyond these hills lies a beautiful home. These things of this life don’t matter much.
I am thankful for the many hours of entertainment our little slide gives to young children.
I am thankful today for the usefulness of camp chairs. They make life comfortable in an enjoyable environment.
Compassion is needed these days. Nearly everyone has had their world turned upside down. Students no longer in school, workers no longer at their business, etc. Homes spend too much time fighting and not enough time singing.

My heavenly Father is slow to anger. Today I will thank Him for explaining things so often and will try to do the same to my children.
