I was having dark thoughts today and I could not seem to shake them. I was out working alone, but I got down and asked the Lord if He wouldn’t deliver me once again. Not so long later my son came wandering up and he stayed close to me and we talked some. Later I realized that those thoughts were gone, my prayers had been answered, my son had redirected my thoughts. I am so thankful that I can say small miracles happen and that my children can bring me peace (and they don’t even realize). I want you to recognize the times in your life when you have been delivered from some mental bondage and remember them instead of the darkness before deliverance.
